It is never pleasant to have an unexpected expense but he made the experience really good for us! He initially came to our house less than 1 hour after calling even though it was around 10pm. He said he doesn’t want people to have to go to bed hot! What a great guy! We had a very old system and ultimately had to replace it but he made it hasle free and took care of everything. He really went above and beyond explaining things and giving little tips and tricks. He even made our Nest we had previously installed work better! I would recommend to anyone!
