I manage a large chain restaurant, but we don’t have our own maintenance people in the area, so I called them to try to get our AC repaired. They were out promptly and Graydon was great! He was very personable, knowledgeable, but didn’t talk down to you. He fixed the problem, and the price was very reasonable as well. This company has an A+ in my book, and I will not hesitate to call them again next time I have a problem!

Have an issue with my AC in my house called Ballard’s they came same day on a Sunday and fixed the issue. Because of the service we received me and my wife and I decided to get a maintenance agreement. we are happy with this company, and we are looking forward to having our ac well maintained.

 The owner did a great job explaining in laymen’s terms what was wrong and was able to repair it. They’re pricing is competitive. There was still a problem after they came out so they came back and stood behind their work and were able to fix it. I asked for a quote on another job and they got back to me promptly with the cost. We really appreciated all they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The service lined up with the price. I’ve never had a more thorough maintenance of my AC. Mannny was my tech, he was knowledgeable and respectful of my time as I work from home. The owner even stopped by to make sure things were going well! I’ll use them again for sure and will recommend to friends and family.

The movers left after leaving the doors open for a few hours. Next thing I know, water came running through my ceiling. I call Bullard’s HVAC at 4:45. They said that they didn’t know exactly what time they would be there but assured me I wouldn’t go to bet hot. They got here at 10:00 pm and I didn’t sleep in a hot home. More work needed to be done but they needed order some parts. A couple of days later they called and scheduled my repair and they did over and above what they recommend to be done and it’s been perfect ever since. I have recommended them to many very satisfied people including my mother and cousin. I think that they are by far the best in the business!

I can not recommend this company and Graydon enough! My AC stopped working and I called Bullard’s on a recommendation from a friend.  Thankfully they came right out that day – it is so hot here! My system was not properly cleaned and was shorting itself out.  This was even though I was under a service agreement with another company for two years.  Luckily I found Graydon as the company that had been servicing my AC was not doing what they needed to be done on a brand new AC system.  I highly recommend Bullard’s.  They are honest, trust worthy and just fantastic!

I gave them a choice of coming out that night or the next day & Mr. B.’s said he doesn’t let anyone sleep in this heat. He was a real pleasure in explaining what needed to be done to our air. He did me a great favor in fixing it for now and explained that in the near future we’ll be looking to replace the unit. He left at 10:15 P.M. and we found his pricing more than reasonable. We also appreciated that he enabled us the time to include in our budget for a new unit. I can guarantee you will like Mr. B. and April in the office. Bullards HVAC is great. He makes himself available when hes needed! Very reliable and honest guy! I had an issue this evening his son and him showed up after hours to address my issue and Im up and running! Very happy!

I looked for a long time for a company to work on my AC. No one looked into everything like he did. Most of them stated there was nothing they could do for me after 5 min of looking around. That’s even if they showed up.
