Our Maintenance consist of thoroughly cleaning each component (air handler, condenser,  mini-split) and checking the over all system.  From static pressures, motor amps, temperature difference, cleaning drain lines, refrigerant levels and etc…

Any overage after hour and a half on first time maintenance will be billed $82.50 per system max regardless of time.
